Transfer & Cancellation Policy

Your booking is now covered by our standard terms:

Bookings made more than 14 days before the course include a statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period.
After the cooling‑off period, all bookings are non‑refundable.
Bookings made within 14 days of the course date are non‑refundable from the point of purchase.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your place to another attendee.
It is your responsibility to arrange the transfer.
Date transfers are not offered.
Cancellations during the cooling‑off period incur a £35 administration fee.

Safety & Conduct

All attendees must follow instructor guidance throughout the course. Unsafe behaviour or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the course without refund.
